[Announcement] Procedure when you cannot log in to the questionnaire on examples of good practice for SciVal and Pure
On Tuesday, August 25, we emailed a link to a questionnaire on examples of good practice for SciVal and Pure.
We have since received reports that you cannot log in, and the questionnaire screen is not displayed, even if you access the survey URL and enter the university email on the Microsoft authentication screen.

If you have been unable to log in even after entering your email address, please try the following method:
1. Please log in to the Kyu(Q)shu U.Primary Mail from the following URL with your SSO-KID and password.

If you will be asked “Stay signed in?,” please select “No.” Then, you can log in.
2. Using the same web browser that you used to log in to the Kyu(Q)shu U.Primary Mail in Step 1, please access the questionnaire URL.

3. If the questionnaire screen still does not appear, please delete your browser cache or try accessing the URL with a different browser.
