Notes

  1. Foreign Government-Sponsored International Students: International students dispatched with financial support from foreign governments (including those under the Chinese Government's "National Construction of High-Level Universities Postgraduate Program").

  2. Privately Financed International Students: Self-financed international students. For Kyushu University, this category includes students participating in JICA-related programs and students receiving scholarships funded by Fukuoka Prefecture. For national universities nationwide, it includes students receiving scholarships from Japanese prefectural governments or their home countries.

  3. The establishment, reorganization, renaming, and abolition of organizations are reflected according to the circumstances of each fiscal year. For details, see Organizational Changes.
